Product found to be defective or wrong size
1.  Contact us by phone (+66) 9 8749 9353, (+66) 8 3002 0032 or email info@moresfriday.com Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your items.
After receiving your items and inform the returns.
2.  Return by the same package box and fully sealed.
3.  Only return by standard delivery. The customer will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

** Customer can also claim returns in case of the product promotion as well. But not included in the warranty terms and conditions.

Refuse returns
1.  We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the original condition. We will gladly accept unused merchandise in saleable condition.
2.  Returns or exchange within 7 business days based on receiving date from the delivery service (Post Office).
*If the item does not match or follow the Return Policy requirements, we are apologize to deny the refund and we can send your item back (all the charges will be responsible by recipient; 100Baht/item).
3.  After we receive and confirm the return item, we will make a full refund via your bank account, which you fill in the return form within 7 business day.
If customers make an order including confirm the purchasing email, which means customers accept and agree in our conditions and agreement of purchasing and returns.


S H I P P I N G
Shipping Conditions
- All the items will be delivered domestic under the standard deliver charge as mentioned.
- For International shipping, the customer will be fully responsible for all shipping charges and
all needed charges.
Please note that we are not responsible for any charges after the items are delivered from our area.
- Please make a payment within 24 hours after you receive the invoice via email. We will keep the order item for you. If you haven’t made a transaction within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Do not make a fake bank transfer or any actions that have a malicious intention. If we find this happen no matter how we intend to sue for damages in order to protect our customers, and remains our business with quality and safety.
- After the payment has been made, your order will be delivered in the next morning day. Delivery period takes 2-5 business days. If you order on Saturday, the delivery will be held on next Monday.
- Be sure that you provide us the right information and address which responsible by the customer. In case of you provide us the wrong address and the customer haven’t receive the item. We will not take any responsibility for those circumstances, unless only we More’s Friday make a mistake on your order.
- In case, there is someone receive the package instead of you (stole or missing). We will investigate and try our best to track down on that missing package but we cannot guarantee for the result. In the meantime, we have no refund policies for missing packages.
